Vaughan Sealcoating was founded on a good work ethic, earned experienced and unparalleled customer service. Brothers and life-long Sussex County residents Brian, Jesse and Jason Vaughan honed their skills early working with their father, Dennie. Dennie started paving in the 1960’s and owned several businesses until 1996 when he was diagnosed with a muscular disease. He lost his battle with his disease in 2001.

The three boys grew up with a love of the business. Unfortunately owning a business costs a lot of money so the three let their fathers business go.  Jason, fresh out of high school, decided to join the Marine Corps and  completed two tours in Iraq while Brian and Jesse gained industry and management experience in a local sealcoating business. In 2011 the three came together to form Vaughan Sealcoating, a now respected leader in the sealcoating industry.  There was always a dream to be a full asphalt company and offer all aspects of asphalt but equipment costs were very high.

In 2015 the three saved enough money to buy the equipment they had dreamt about for years. The three made the move and Vaughan Sealcoating and Paving LLC. was established! Vaughan Sealcoating and Paving LLC offers sealcoating and paving for commercial and residential properties throughout Northern New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Over the past 6 years the name Vaughan has become synonymous with quality, integrity and personal service. There is a Vaughan brother at every job to oversee the work and communicate with the customer. The company is fully insured and uses state-of-the art equipment and the best sealcoating products in the industry to guarantee complete satisfaction, every time.
